From time to time, 999r Game offers bonuses, free credits, cashback and other promotional rewards to players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that indicates how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or misrepresenting eligibility — will result in immediate bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension. 999r Game monitors bonus usage actively and reserves the right to void any bonus where abuse is detected.
Not all promotions are available to all players. Eligibility may be based on account status, VIP tier, deposit history or geographic criteria. 999r Game reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, and to determine the eligibility of any player for any promotion at its sole discretion.
Note: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available once per player, per household and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome offer multiple times via different accounts is bonus abuse and will be treated accordingly.

In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game's server-side record. A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond a specified period, or if a clear pricing error was made at the time of odds publication. Voided bets are returned to your account balance. 999r Game reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrectly priced markets.
Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. Odds on in-play markets can change rapidly. Once a bet is confirmed by the platform, it cannot be reversed.
